SB Learning Centre is a Mumbai-based educational platform providing live online coaching, mentoring, doubt-solving sessions and digital study material to students across India.
Programs, including MH-CET Law (3 & 5 Years), CLAT/AILET, LL.B University Degree Semesters and other courses offered from time to time, are primarily delivered through live online classes.
Students may receive access to live lectures, digital study material and, where applicable, recorded sessions for revision or missed classes. Recorded content is provided solely at the discretion of SB Learning Centre and may be restricted to streaming-only access.
Students are responsible for maintaining a suitable device and reliable internet connection.
All lectures, recordings, notes, presentations, question banks, test series, case summaries, course structures, graphics, logos and other content provided by SB Learning Centre are protected intellectual property.
Students shall not record, reproduce, download, copy, share, publish, resell, rebroadcast or distribute any such content or share their login credentials with any other person.
Any unauthorized use or distribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund and appropriate legal action under applicable law.
Students must maintain respectful and professional conduct during live classes and across all official communication channels.
Harassment, abusive language, disruption, spamming, impersonation or misuse of classroom or communication platforms may result in suspension or termination of access. In serious or repeated cases, such termination may be without refund.
Students are encouraged to attend the available free demo lecture before enrollment.
Once enrollment is confirmed, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Course enrollment and access are personal to the student and cannot be transferred to another individual.
Requests for a change of batch or timing may be considered subject to availability and approval by SB Learning Centre.
SB Learning Centre provides academic coaching, mentoring, study material and examination preparation support. However, examination performance depends upon several factors, including the student's preparation and performance.
Accordingly, no rank, score, examination result, admission or selection into any college or institution is guaranteed.
Classes and student communications may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp or other digital services.
SB Learning Centre shall not be responsible for interruptions caused by internet failures, power outages, third-party platform disruptions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where reasonably possible, alternative access or recorded sessions may be provided.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from enrollment, course delivery, payments or use of SB Learning Centre's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
